Cancer is a common disease world wide. Every one wants to prevent
themselves from getting cancer, but how?
I have learnt a natural way of cancer prevention and that is by
eating the right type of foods. That means there are some foods
that can promote cancer and others prevent it.
There are different kinds of cancer, each affecting a different
or specific part of the body.
To prevent cancer in general you should increase intake of vitamin A,
C and E, antioxidants, fiber and foods containing less chemicals.
Examples of foods to eat are;
- lots of berries and currents
- guavas, lemons, oranges
- carrots, egg plants, radish, broccoli, garlic
- tomato, beetroots, cabbage, onions
- yoghurt
Did you know that eating;
- pineapples helps to prevent stomach cancer?
- grapes helps to prevent skin cancer?
- pepper prevents you from cancer of the digestive system?
- apples and plums prevents cancer of the colon?
- tomato and prevents you from prostate cancer?
- soy also helps to prevent you from breast cancer?
- Avoid junk foods, alcohol and tobacco.
- Avoid or reduce meat, salt, white sugar, hot spices, coffee,
whole milk, eggs, fish and other refined products (white) because
they promote cancer.
Exercise also helps.
